About Us

Our Mission is Revival

Our mission is revival: The personal, regional, and global expansion of God's Kingdom through His manifest presence.

A Simple Discipleship Process

To pursue our vision we've designed a simple process for making disciples of Jesus Christ who have a passion for revival. The process has three core values:
Enjoy God

Love One Another
Release the Kingdom of Heaven

The Cross is Central

At New Song we celebrate the cross of Christ as the ultimate demonstration of God’s love for sinners. Our vibrant worship and energetic involvement in outreach to the community are an expression of love for Christ as a response to His extravagant love for us; our passion for Jesus could never compare with His passion for us.

Honoring His Presence

We honor the presence of God in both our corporate gatherings and private lives, holding to the belief that the Holy Spirit desires to fill us with Himself so that we are sanctified, transformed, and empowered to live supernatural lives in the sight of a dark and needy world. We practice the gifts of the Spirit in our services, outreaches, and daily lives, as exemplified by Jesus and His disciples, the church in Acts, and believers throughout the centuries. Because we seek to know God cognitively as well as emotionally, with our minds and our hearts, we emphasize experiencing a very real and present God through worship, teaching, prayer, and ministry.

The Holy Spirit is Welcome

We value Holy Spirit renewal and believe that God’s heart for His people is that we be filled and equipped for living out the ministry of Jesus. Expositional preaching and a variety of ministry opportunities provide a “lecture and lab” learning experience. Our philosophy of the church as a force--that every believer is called to minister--has resulted in a myriad of creative evangelistic outreaches, including breakfast for the homeless three times a week, jail ministries, drama ministry (on the stage and in the streets!), Healing on the Streets and Power Evangelism, cross-cultural and international mission teams, and so much more!

A Community

Community at New Song is not only a natural by-product of worshipping and ministering together, but also a fundamental value for who we are as Christ’s body. Taking seriously Jesus’ command to love each other as He loves us (John 13:34), we seek to be a community of loving, accepting, and forgiving people in an increasingly individualistic society. A few examples of how we fellowship with God and each other are our Mens and Women’s mentoring groups, Sunday morning prayer teams, men’s breakfasts, youth group, Sunday night Fire meeting, and the list goes on and on!
