Young Adults Group
New Song Church is blessed with a number of young adults (ages 18 to 30ish) who are vitally involved in all areas of ministry from worship to outreach. We can’t say enough about them, but here’s just a start:
- They love and support one another. So, who is it Jessica calls when her car breaks down? It’s one of her amazing young adult brothers in Christ! Or when Christi’s car skidded on an icy road last winter and landed in a ditch on the way home from an evening gathering, whom did she call first…911? No, she called Jessica, who came immediately to her aid…And the list goes on, from moving, painting, babysitting, to just hanging out. The young adults can be characterized by their love for one another.
- They are passionate in their devotion to Jesus. Young adults at New Song encourage the entire congregation in their worship of God, commitment to creative evangelism, artistic expression, and hunger for more of God.
- They have fun! Spontaneous fellowship happens on a regular basis during the week as well as planned events such as ultimate frisbee, road trips, etc.
